Here is some important information that you need to be aware of regarding the Block Tests next week, as a follow-up to Mr Ken Yeow's SMB message sent out on 24 Jun 09 (updated on 25 Jun 09):
1. Please ensure you bring along your thermometer for Block test next week.
2. Temperature taking will be done twice a day next week. Under the supervision of invigilators, all students will take their body temperature at the respective exam venues, before the start of each paper. Students will report to the exams venues no later than half-an-hour before the start of each paper i.e. 7:45am and/or 12:30pm.
3. Invigilators are to send students without thermometers immediately to bookshop to purchase them. The bookshop will be opened from 7:30am onwards.
4. For students who are on leave of absence (LOA): please take note that upon return to school, you will continue with the remaining papers if it is still during the Block test period. For papers that you have missed, you will be given the papers to do as an exercise by your tutors and the marks will not be counted.
For JC2 students, the 10% for the Block test 2 for papers missed will be snowballed to Prelim Exams.
For JC1 students, their overall marks for the papers missed during the Block test will be computed based on the sum of CA & Promo converted to 100%.
